So, you need a legal defense.
The truth of the matter is that even a high-priced attorney, or a Public Defender will handle or plea bargain your case. A paid
attorney will take a retainer fee while telling you that you have a good case. However, somewhere along the road to trial, the case will suddenly look different to them and then they want you to take a deal.

Somehow, most people think that the attorney will do the
investigative part of your case. This is a misconception of what an attorney is or what they really do.

It is very simple, an attorney is your mouth piece in court. They sort through the legal aspects of your case and represent you to the best of their ability. An attorney rarely locates or interviews witnesses, takes pictures, or goes to the crime scene. You are very fortunate if the attorney even finds time to talk to you after you retain his services. An attorney will basically only work with what he has to defend you, and not go out of his way to get additional materials.

Here at C. J. Ford P. I. we believe in balance. This consists of a good defense and a good offense. You cannot win your case by playing defense alone. We are investigators. It is our job to locate witnesses, interview, go to the crime scene, and analyze material facts in respect to your case. We dispute evidence that is bought against you by law enforcement and prosecution attorneys that has been falsified or embellished to work in their favor.

Attorneys only litigate cases. Investigators discover, analyze,
compile, collate, and process discoverable facts methodically
so that any capable attorney can defend their client. Every
successful attorney is where they are because they have a good investigative staff, or the case was investigated by a private independent agency.

Our company investigates your case. We put together a reports and documentation consisting of materials that you will need for a progressive defense. After you win your criminal case, there may be grounds for a civil lawsuit. We can assist you on your civil case.

Our service go further than that. If you are in custody and have lost your appeal and you are sentenced to custody with no chance of getting out, we are working on a day to day bases to help you. With our Flat Labor Services, we do not just do piece work and leave the investigative work unfinished. We are there to do all the investigative services that are needed.
